Stan Hlad joined PennantPark in April 2024 as a Managing Director and Head Investment Partnerships for the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). He is responsible for capital raising and business development activities in the DACH region.
Before joining PennantPark, Stan was a Managing Director at ThomasLloyd Group from 2020 to 2024. Before that, he was a Managing Director and Country Head Switzerland for State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) from 2014 to 2019. From 2007 to 2014 Stan was a Director, Global Client Group, at DWS/Deutsche Asset Management in Switzerland. From 2004 to 2007 he was an Assistant Vice President at Citigroup, for Citi’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank. Prior to that role, Stan held various sales and relationship management roles at Credit Suisse, UBS and Reuters.
Stan holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich, Switzerland.
