Scott C. McCabe joined PennantPark in October 2023 as a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Distribution. Since joining PennantPark, Scott has established the Firm’s private wealth distribution business, including developing new products and building a national sales team.
Before joining PennantPark, Scott was a Director, Ultra-High Net Worth & International Regional Sales Manager with Bank of America Merrill Alternative Investments. Before that, he was a Director, Investor Relations at The Carlyle Group from 2013 to 2015, a Director of Business Development at Grosvenor Capital Management from 2010 to 2013, a Private Wealth Specialist in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group from 2006 to 2010, a Co-Founder and Managing Director with Echelon Ventures from 2000 to 2006, a Senior Director with Gateway Financial Group from 1998 to 2000, and a Co-Founder and Managing Director with Brookwood Financial Partners from 1993 to 1999.
Scott holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and is an advisor to the board of the Harvard Varsity Club.
