Sarah de la Villa joined PennantPark in April 2022 and is the Director of Human Resources. Since joining PennantPark, she has been involved in strategic planning, learning and development, recruitment and selection, and benefits and compensation for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Sarah was a Human Resources Business Partner at Itaú Private Bank from 2021 to 2022. Before that, she worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Head of Recruiting at Benefit Street Partners from 2017 to 2021, and as a Campus Recruiter at UBS from 2015 to 2017.
Sarah holds both an MS and BS in Psychology from Tulane University.
