Richard T Allorto, Jr. joined PennantPark in June 2022 and is the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for and oversees all aspects of financial reporting and securities law filings, accounting, tax, operations, treasury, and administrative matters of PFLT and PNNT.
Before joining PennantPark, Richard was the Chief Financial Officer of Medley Management Inc. and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sierra Income Corporation and Medley Capital Corporation. Before that, he was a Managing Director at GSC Group from 2001 to 2010.
Richard holds a B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business.
