Mitchell “Mitch” J. Berlin joined PennantPark in August 2026 as a Vice President of Marketing and Client Development. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in maintaining and developing client relations for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Mitch served as the Chief of Police with the City of Roseville Police Department, which is a suburb of Detroit Michigan. Mitch had over a 35 year career in law enforcement in Michigan and previously served as the Union President for both the Patrol Officers and Command Officers Associations. Mitch also served on the Roseville Retirement board for numerous years as the vice-chairperson.
