Juan Ledezma joined PennantPark in September 2022 and is a Vice President. Since joining the Private Wealth Solutions team at PennantPark, Juan has contributed to the firm’s business development efforts, fundraising activities, and delivery of exceptional client service.
Before joining PennantPark, Juan was a Senior Analyst in the Performance Reporting Group at H.I.G. Capital from 2019 to 2022. Before that, he worked in the Corporate Finance division at Radiant Credit Union as a Financial Analyst from 2018 to 2019.
Juan holds a BSBA in Finance from The University of Florida.
