Juan Ledezma joined PennantPark in September 2022 and is a Senior Associate. Since joining PennantPark, he has supported the fundraising and investor relations efforts for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Juan was a Senior Analyst in the Performance Reporting Group at H.I.G. Capital from 2019 to 2022. Before that, he worked in the Corporate Finance division at Radiant Credit Union as a Financial Analyst from 2018 to 2019.
Juan holds a BSBA in Finance from The University of Florida.
