John Garcia Jr. joined PennantPark in January 2025 and is a Vice President. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in the accounting and public filings for PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd. (NYSE: PFLT).
Before joining PennantPark, John was at H.I.G Capital from 2020 to 2024. Before that, he was at Apollo Global Management from 2015 to 2020, and at New York Life Insurance from 2010 to 2015.
John holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University.
