Florus joined PennantPark in January 2024 and is a Director. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in capital raising and investor partnerships throughout Europe and building out PennantPark’s overall European business.
Before joining PennantPark, Florus was a Senior Investment Manager at Athora Netherlands from 2021 to 2023. Before that, he was a Director at BlackRock from 2017 to 2020 and Head Allocation and Selection and Senior Relationship Manager at ACTIAM from 2007 to 2016.
Florus holds two master degrees from Tilburg University, is a CFA charter holder, and CAIA charter holder.
