Brian Lee joined PennantPark in August 2025 and is a Senior Vice President. Since joining the Private Wealth Solutions team at PennantPark, Brian has contributed to the firm’s business development efforts, fundraising activities, and delivery of exceptional client service.
Before joining PennantPark, Brian was a Director at Monroe Capital from 2022 to 2025. Before that, he was a Regional Director at Ashmore Group from 2013 to 2022, an Associate at Lazard Asset Management from 2009 to 2013, and a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch from 2008 to 2009.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s from New York University.
