Ethan Goldwasser joined PennantPark in 2026 as a Managing Director within PennantPark Funding. Ethan focuses on providing financing solutions to securitization sponsors and originating, underwriting, executing, and monitoring investments for the Firm.
Prior to joining PennantPark, Ethan spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley in its Securitized Products group, where he focused primarily on residential mortgage credit origination and execution. He also played a role in building the firm’s coverage and origination efforts in private credit. Ethan began his career at Morgan Stanley in Equity Research, where he covered large-cap U.S. banks. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Ethan was an Analyst at Macquarie in its Financial Institutions investment banking group.
Ethan holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
