Chris DiBartolo joined PennantPark in August 2025 and is Deputy General Counsel. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in various legal functions for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Chris was Counsel at Hamilton Lane from 2022 to 2025. Before that, he was Counsel at State Farm from 2021 to 2022, an Associate at DLA Piper from 2018 to 2021 and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Tax from 2014 to 2018.
Chris holds a JD from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BS from Elmhurst College.
