Brian Lee joined PennantPark in August 2025 and is a Senior Vice President. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in business development and client service for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Brian was a Director at Monroe Capital from 2022 to 2025. Before that, he was a Regional Director at Ashmore Group from 2013 to 2022, an Associate at Lazard Asset Management from 2009 to 2013, and a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch from 2008 to 2009.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s from New York University.
