Reji Paul joined PennantPark in April 2011 and is a Managing Director. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved with the financial reporting, accounting, tax, and administrative matters of the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Reji was Senior Vice President and Director of Accounting at Cerberus from 2009 to 2010. Before that, he worked as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Outpost Investment Group from 2008 to 2009, Managing Director – Head of Fund Administration at Drake Management from 2005 to 2008, Director & Global Head of Accounting and Administration – Alternative Products at BlackRock, Inc. from 1998 to 2005, Vice President & Assistant Treasurer – Salomon Mutual Funds at Salomon Brothers from 1995 to 1998, and Assistant Vice President / Controller at PaineWebber (UBS) from 1991 to 1994.
Reji holds a Bachelors in Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Pace University, and is a Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Global Management Accountant.
