Hugo van Dijk joined PennantPark in April 2025 and is a Client Director. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in setting up and launching the Aubley Bond Business in the Netherlands. Business Development and capital raising are key in this job. Aubley is part of PennantPark.
Before joining PennantPark, Hugo was a Business Development Director at Achmea Investment Management from 2017 – 2024. Before that, he was a Sales Manager Benelux at Deutsche Asset Management (currenly: DWS) from 2015 – 2017, a Sales Executive at Swiss Life Asset Managers from 2010 – 2015 and a Client Investment Manager at several private banks in the Netherlands from 1998 – 2010.
Hugo holds a M.S. in Business Economics and an E.M. in Investment Management both from VU University Amsterdam.
