Erika Kennedy joined PennantPark in January 2026 and is Senior Vice President, Head of Consultant Relations. Since joining PennantPark she has been involved in the firm’s consultant relations efforts.
Before joining PennantPark, Erika was a Senior Relationship Manager at Polen Capital from 2022-2025 and a Vice President at DDJ Capital Management, LLC from 2008-2022.
Erika holds an M.A. in Public Relations from the University of Miami and an M.S. in Finance from Syracuse University.
