Danny Chen joined PennantPark in July 2023 and is an Accounting Manager. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in the financial reporting, accounting, and administrative matters for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Danny was an Assistant Vice President at Institutional Capital Network, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Before that, he was a Senior Fund Accountant at PineBridge Investments, LLC from 2019 to 2021, an Associate Director at Gen II Fund Services, LLC from 2015 to 2019, and a Transfer Pricing Analyst at International Business Machines Corporation from 2013 to 2015.
Danny holds a BS and an MS in Accounting from State University of New York at Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
