PennantPark Senior Credit Fund II (“PSCF II”) is our firm’s signature offering in the Senior Debt strategy for private and institutional clients. The second vintage in its family, PSCF II offers investors access to floating-rate senior secured loans in the core middle market. The fund emphasizes capital preservation and features investments with relatively conservative underwriting metrics and important structural protections including financial covenants.
PSCF II primarily invests in mid-sized U.S. companies with annual earnings of $10 million to $50 million. The fund targets companies with proven management teams, competitive market positions, strong cash flows, and attractive exit opportunities. Importantly, PSCF II seeks to work with established private equity sponsors with a track record of supporting their portfolio companies.
