Colin McGinnis joined PennantPark in May 2025 and is a Partner. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in originating, underwriting, executing, and monitoring investments for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Colin was a Managing Director at Prospect Capital from 2012 to 2025. Before that, he was an Associate at Credit Suisse from 2011 to 2012 and an Associate at Barclays Capital from 2005 to 2009.
Colin holds a BS, magna cum laude and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the CFA designation.
