Ajay Mudambi joined PennantPark in October 2025 and is a Vice President. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved in credit operations related to loan servicing, trading and data integrity for the Firm.
Before joining PennantPark, Ajay spent 18 years at Tiger Global Management, where he advanced through progressively senior roles culminating as Head of Operations. During his tenure, he led firm-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and data governance across hedge fund, private equity, and venture capital strategies.
Ajay holds an M.S. in Quantitative Methods and Modeling from Baruch College – Zicklin School of Business and a B.E. in Industrial Production and Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, India.
