PennantPark Credit Opportunities Fund IV (“PCOF IV”) is our firm’s signature offering in the Opportunistic Credit strategy for private and institutional clients. The fourth vintage in its family, PCOF IV offers investors access to a diversified portfolio of middle market investments spanning first lien loans, second lien loans, mezzanine debt, and associated equity co-investments. Given the flexibility to pursue investments across the capital structure and in both primary and secondary markets, the fund is intended to execute on the most attractive investments given any market conditions.
PennantPark Senior Credit Fund II (“PSCF II”) is our firm’s signature offering in the Senior Debt strategy for private and institutional clients. The second vintage in its family, PSCF II offers investors access to floating-rate senior secured loans in the core middle market. The fund emphasizes capital preservation and features investments with relatively conservative underwriting metrics and important structural protections including financial covenants.
