Our investment objective is to seek current income. We seek to achieve our investment objective by investing primarily in floating rate loans made to private middle-market companies whose debt is rated below investment grade. We may also invest in thinly traded or small market-cap public middle-market U.S. companies. We expect that our investments in senior secured loans, mezzanine debt and other investments will range between $10 million and $50 million each, although this investment size will vary proportionately with the size of our capital base.
