The PennantPark Senior Credit Fund Levered (“PSCF-Lev”) offers institutional investors a way to access senior secured first lien investment opportunities in the middle market on a prudently leveraged basis. PSCF-Lev invests in middle market companies located primarily in the U.S., with a proven management team, competitive market positions, strong cash flow, growth potential, and viable exit strategies.
PSCF-Lev is our firm’s signature leveraged offering in the Senior Debt Strategy for private and institutional clients. The fund is complemented by our ability to provide a selection of other offerings designed for institutional and private investors including separately managed accounts, private structured vehicles, co-investments, and more. The final close of PSCF-Lev was held in May 2021.
