The PennantPark Credit Opportunities Fund (“PCOF III”) offers institutional investors a way to access middle market direct lending investment opportunities across the capital structure.
PCOF III is our firm’s signature offering for private and institutional clients. The fund is complemented by our ability to provide a selection of other offerings designed for institutional and private investors including separately managed accounts, private structured vehicles, co-investments, and more. The final close of PCOF III was held in December 2020.
